Wudang Daoist Kung Fu

In 2004, before coming to Wudang, Louis practiced Kung Fu at Shaolin in Henan Province. First arriving in Shaolin, Louis was shocked by the strictness with which the instructors there treated
their students. For the first half-year Louis thought constantly about giving up his practice and going home, but the longer he stayed the more practice engaged him and the more comfortable he
felt living abroad in China.
After three years in Shaolin his father decided to send him to Wudang for further instruction. Two and a half years later, after being immersed in Daoist culture and intensive practice of
traditional Wudang Kung Fu, he found life at the Wudang Traditional Kung Fu Academy so enjoyable that in 2009 he decided to commit five years of traditional practice under Master
Yuan.
Following the five-year program Louis hopes to open his own Kung Fu school in Europe in order to share traditional Wudang Kung Fu with the world.
