Simon Cox Simon Cox

Simon is an American student who has been training under Master Yuan since September of 2008.  Since the age of seven Simon has trained in many martial arts, never spending enough time on any one art to achieve proficiency.  His younger years were characterized by a focus on classical piano.  After one semester as a piano major at the University of Houston, Simon learned that his interests lay elsewhere.  He decided to center his focus on classical Greek language and literature.  He received his B.A. in Greek and Roman Classics in June of 2008.

 

After college he decided to take a year off of scholarly and monetary pursuits and came to Wudang to study under Master Yuan.  One year quickly became two as Simon joined the Traditional Program.  He intends to continue his studies at Wudang under Master Yuan for several more years, and hopefully one day return to America to help spread San Feng Pai to the West.
